RVilla is a live Booking & Payment Ledger built for villa and resort businesses. Backed by a real database with staff sign-in and real-time sync, it centralises everything an operator needs — bookings, an occupancy calendar, charges, payments, security deposits, cancellations, reports and an activity log — with one-click backup export.

Villa and resort operators typically juggle bookings across notebooks, WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets. Availability is hard to track, double-bookings slip through, payments and security deposits get lost, and there is no single source of truth for business records.

Enquiries arrive over calls and WhatsApp, bookings are written in a register or Excel, and payment follow-ups happen manually. Availability across villas is unclear and reconciliation at month-end is painful.

The architecture is prepared for AI assistance — smart availability suggestions, automated payment reminders and demand insights can be layered on top of the live data as the product grows.
